Advisors: Booking a safari package on CloudSafaris

Hi everyone,
In this short blog, I am going to walk you through the 3 short steps it takes to request a booking on CloudSafaris. Let's jump into it!
Step 1: Create a lead
Once you have created an account with your organization, you will begin on the Leads page. This is where you can see which existing leads you are working on, and create new ones.
To create a new lead, click on the button in the top right and give the lead a name.

Step 2: Select a package
We have curated a list of incredible safari offerings across Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda, so you can find what fits your budget and without the hassle of arranging an itinerary from scratch.

Once you find the perfect package, configure your rooms based on your travellers preferences. Then, add it to your cart.

Step 3: View full trip and request booking
After adding an item to your cart, you can now use View Full Trip. This button creates an itinerary based off all of the packages and hotels added to a cart. This is very helpful when adding multiple packages and individual hotels - but wanting one itinerary to show the entire trip.

Finally, after viewing the full trip, you can then request the booking. This will place the trip under "Bookings" in your dashboard and notify the CloudSafaris team who will arrange the necessary logistics and waivers before a payment can be issued.
